Bloodborne: I'm firing my lasers

Bit of context: My boyfriend, Matt, was breezing through Bloodborne with an over-leveled pal when they approached this bit in The Unseen Village. Matt kept standing directly in the laser’s path and died a dozen times in a quick and violent succession of firey explosions. (He died a few dozen more times to mobs and old hags, but adding that in would’ve made the strip a bit long.)

I add that Matt- of the Glass Cannon Brigade- survived up to this point in the game with 8 vitality. Please don’t bully him.
